01 General Introduction

Welcome to 77g. These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the 77g platform and all services provided under it. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and 77g.

By accessing the 77g.cam website, creating an account, or using any of our services, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using this platform.

These terms and conditions apply to the Bangladesh market. 77g reserves the right to change these Terms at any time at its discretion.

02 Definitions

The meanings of key terms used in these Terms are given below:

  • "Platform" — The 77g.cam website and all services connected to it.
  • "Member" or "User" — Any person who operates a registered account on 77g.
  • "Account" — A member's personal profile and wallet on the platform.
  • "Bonus" — Any promotional reward or credit given to a member by 77g.
  • "Wagering Requirement" — The obligation to place bets a specified number of times before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
  • "Taka" or "৳" — Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

03 Account Registration

3.1 Registration Requirements

To open an account on 77g, you must meet the following conditions:

  • You must be at least 21 years of age.
  • You must create the account in your own name and for yourself.
  • Each person may register only one account.
  • All information provided at the time of registration must be true, complete, and up to date.

3.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) confidential. You are fully responsible for any activity carried out from your account. If you suspect any unauthorized use of your account, notify the 77g support team immediately.

3.3 Identity Verification

77g reserves the right to verify a member's identity at any time. A national ID card, passport, or other relevant documents may be requested for verification. If the required documents are not provided, the account may be temporarily suspended.

04 Age Verification

77g is a responsible platform. Our services are for people aged 21 and above only.

Important: If any account is found to be operated by a minor, that account will be closed immediately and all winnings will be forfeited.

Some account features may be restricted until the age verification process is complete. We ask parents to take the necessary steps to prevent their underage children from using this platform.

05 Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposit Rules

77g currently accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳100. 77g does not charge any deposit fee, though the payment provider's own charges may apply.

  • Minimum deposit: ৳100 (for each method).
  • Deposited funds are generally credited to the account within a few minutes.
  • Only use a payment method registered in your own name.
  • Third-party deposits are not accepted.

5.2 Withdrawal Rules

Withdrawal requests generally take between 15 minutes and 2 hours to process. The following conditions apply for withdrawals:

  • Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000.
  • Account verification must be completed before withdrawing.
  • Withdrawals must be made through the same method used for the deposit.
  • Withdrawals may be restricted until the wagering requirement on any active bonus is met.
  • Withdrawals may be held for review in cases of suspicious activity.

5.3 Currency

All transactions on 77g are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

06 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

6.1 Welcome Bonus

77g offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. A 25x wagering requirement must be met before this bonus can be withdrawn.

Example: If you deposit ৳2,000 you will receive a ৳2,000 bonus. To withdraw the total ৳4,000, you will need to place bets worth (৳2,000 × 25) = ৳50,000.

6.2 General Bonus Terms

  • Each promotional offer has its own specific terms, which will be communicated at the time the offer is announced.
  • One welcome bonus applies per account.
  • 77g reserves the right to forfeit a bonus if abuse is suspected.
  • The time limit for meeting the wagering requirement is calculated from the date the bonus is received.
  • Some games may not contribute to bonus wagering — full details will be provided in the terms of each offer.

6.3 VIP Program

The 77g VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. A weekly cashback is provided at each tier:

  • Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
  • Silver: up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
  • Gold: up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
  • Platinum: up to 0.8% weekly cashback.

07 Betting and Gaming Rules

7.1 General Betting Rules

All bets are considered final. A confirmed bet cannot be changed or cancelled unless a technical error makes it necessary. Each market's own rules apply for cricket, volleyball, and other sports betting.

7.2 Technical Errors

If an incorrect result is displayed due to a software or hardware error, 77g reserves the right to void the result of that bet and refund the original stake.

7.3 Game Providers

77g offers games from a range of leading providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, Ezugi, NetEnt, and Microgaming. Each game provider may have its own rules and terms.

08 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 77g:

  • Operating multiple accounts by the same person.
  • Artificial or coordinated betting with the aim of gaining bonus advantages.
  • Money laundering or illegal financial activity.
  • Using or operating a third party's account.
  • Sharing account details with others.
  • Hacking, manipulation, or use of fraudulent software on the platform.
  • Harassment of or offensive conduct toward other members.
  • Using the platform from any country or jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited.
Involvement in any of the prohibited activities listed above will result in the account being closed immediately and all balances being forfeited.

09 Account Suspension and Closure

9.1 Closure by 77g

77g may suspend or permanently close an account at any time without notice due to a breach of these Terms, suspicious activity, or regulatory reasons. If an account is closed due to a breach of Terms, the account balance may be forfeited.

9.2 Closure by the Member

Any member may request to close their account at any time. It is recommended to withdraw any remaining balance before making the request. To close your account, contact support via 24/7 live chat or email.

10 Responsible Gaming

77g believes that gambling should be an entertainment activity and should not be a cause of financial problems or mental stress. We are committed to helping our members play responsibly.

  • Members can set deposit and betting limits on their own account.
  • Temporary or permanent self-exclusion is available if needed.

11 Privacy and Data

12 Limitation of Liability

The 77g platform is provided on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for the following:

  • Any financial loss caused by loss of internet connection.
  • Delays or issues caused by third-party payment providers.
  • Loss caused by a member's own negligence or error.
  • Service disruption due to natural disasters or other force majeure circumstances.

In the event of any dispute, 77g's decision will be considered final. Our liability will in no circumstances exceed the amount of the original deposit in the member's account.

13 Changes and Updates

77g reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time. In the case of significant changes, members will be notified by email or through the platform.

Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms and conditions. We therefore recommend reviewing this page regularly.
